Where Orvela is different
- One price, everything in
- Bank, archive, fixed assets, VAT and roles come with every plan. No upgrade needed to reconcile a statement or archive your invoices.
- Several companies, one login
- Holding, GmbH and sole proprietorship in one account, with a published price and a cockpit that adds them up.
- A journal no one can rewrite
- Entries are locked by the database and the year-end closing carries a SHA-256 fingerprint. Corrections happen only through a visible reversal.

- Orvela is built in Mendrisio. The interface is in Italian for now; documents for your clients come in four languages.

Is Orvela cheaper than bexio?
It depends on what you need. For one company with bank and archive: Orvela CHF 348 per year, final price; bexio Optima CHF 69 per month billed annually, so CHF 828 per year excl. VAT (bexio prices as of 24.10.2026).
Can I import my data from bexio?
There is no automatic bexio import. You start from opening balances, entered by hand or imported from Banana, and Orvela carries on in double entry.
My fiduciary works with bexio. Can I still use Orvela?
Yes. You invite them with the accountant role and, when needed, hand over the balance sheet and P&L in PDF.
