This website

The orvela.ch website presents the product and collects requests for the pilot program. It uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party resources: fonts and images are served from our own server.

Data we collect

If you fill in the pilot program form, you send us your name, company, email, your phone number if you choose to, and your answers to the questions. We use them only to reply to you and to assess access to the program. They reach us by email and stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them for our dealings with you.

Where the data is

The website is served from servers in a datacenter in France (EU). Emails pass through our email provider in Switzerland. For security reasons the server logs technical data about requests (IP address, date, page), which is kept for a short time.

Your rights

Under the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted: write to info@nymora.ch.

The Orvela product

The processing of accounting data in the software is governed by the contract terms you receive when your account is activated.
