Fill in account and address: the payment part appears here.

Everything happens in your browser: what you type is not sent to us and not stored.

Here you create one payment part at a time. With Orvela the invoice reconciles itself: the bank statement finds the payment and marks it paid.

How it works

  1. 01

    Your account

IBAN or QR-IBAN and a structured address: street, number, postcode and town in separate fields, as the payment part requires since November 2025.

  2. 02

    Amount and reference

The amount is optional. A QR reference is only for QR-IBANs; with a normal IBAN you use an RF reference or none.

  3. 03

    Download

A4 PDF with the payment part at the bottom, to print or attach to your invoice. Or SVG, to place in your own template.

Frequently asked questions

Is the QR-bill made here valid?

The payment part follows the Swiss Payment Standards and is generated with swissqrbill, the same library Orvela uses for its invoices. Before sending it to a customer, do a test scan with your banking app.

Is my data stored or sent anywhere?

No. The payment part is created in your browser: IBAN, addresses and amounts never reach us or third parties, and they are gone when you close the page.

Do I need a QR-IBAN?

No. With a normal IBAN you create the QR-bill without a reference or with an RF reference. The QR-IBAN, which you request from your bank, is for the 27-digit QR reference.

How do I add the payment part to my invoice?

The PDF is an A4 sheet with the payment part at the bottom: print it as it is or attach it to the invoice. The SVG is a 210 × 105 mm vector image for your template.

Can I leave the amount and payer empty?

Yes. The payment part then shows empty boxes that the payer fills in by hand or in e-banking.

What changes with Orvela?

Here you create one payment part at a time. In Orvela the QR-bill is born with the invoice, with a sequential number and a calculated reference, and when you import the camt.053 statement the payment finds the invoice and closes it.

With Orvela the invoice reconciles itself.

You issue the QR-bill, send it by email and, when the customer pays, the bank statement marks it paid. We open accounts in small groups: tell us about your business.
